This is a mat-based Pilates class held in the PFA gym, incorporating weights. Please bring your own yoga mat.


For core stability, balance, rotational strength and body control, essential for performance and health, whether you’re an athlete, parent, or adult of any level


Pitchers: Improve core stability, mobility, and control to enhance velocity, command, and durability.

Hitters: Develop rotational strength, balance, and mobility to generate more power and consistency at the plate.
