PG Interview

From a recent interview with @perfectgameusa...to be successful in the long term, do things that are less sexy now-- arm care, core work, med ball training, weights--this may not translate to immediate benefits but they will over time and ensure you play baseball longer. The training essentials are vital for your baseball career-- much more so than the cool rings and pricey travel trips.

Training the Pros

It's always a great time when standout players like Solomon Bates
drop by to throw some pitches! Add in Dave Coggin, who’s always on point sharing his expertise, and it’s a clinic in excellence.

Our in-house stats pro, Brett Homer, breaking down the numbers? That’s just the cherry on top. Players don’t just come for the coaches and cutting-edge tech—they stay for the unbeatable experience.
